Intent Of Denial -please Help

Hi
   My I-485 based on LC EB3 was cleared August 1 2000.My wife\'s case (Dependent) H4 was pending,but today I found the message has changed to intent to deny meanwhile I have stamped my passport.She has never worked only been on H4 all along.Anyone had similar experience any ideas?.Please Help.

Mine and daughter\'s I-485 approved on Aug 8 but wife\'s is still pending. Probably I may also get a such a letter
