Intend to Deny

I talked to an IIO. She mentioned that they r mailing "Intend to Deny" ? What could be the possible cause ? Thanks for all your help

Hi Srikant,
    The other name for RFE could be \'Indent to deny\'. Basically they are asking for emp. letter and pay stubs. Can you please your other like RD, ND, country ..

Mostly when INS has doubt about your legal status during your stay in US, they send Intent to deny. This happens to people who have multiple legal status like F1, H4 and H1. OR if your H1 has expired during 485 and they are not sure if you had EAD in time, etc... Hope this helps.
