My attorny got letter from uscis nebraska that when i filed labor i was not in status and i was i have approvel letter of B2 visa , second thing they asked for letter from company and my birth cert and has to responce in 30 days , my attorny says we will resolved this matter does any one have experience of case like this and how long it takes after responce has send .
