This is a good idea, but wouldn't "Int Date - N400 Recvd" be even better? Mailing varies between courier, priority and regular mail. I think it would be more informative to remove the trip time before the package reaches USCIS from the calculation.
I know, the problem is that not everyone supplies N400 Recvd. On the other hand, in some months, we have more N400 Recvd values filled in than Mailed. You could just interpolate missing values (maybe using a different colored font or something to show it was estimated). Just some thoughts....
