Anyone has any info about getting health insurance for perm.resident parents in PA?
Thanks ,any input appreciated.

62 is less than normal retirement age, and thus it is not unreasonable for her/him be expected to work. That parent should get a job which offers insurance and can insure older parent. Once they are LPRs for 5 years, they can buy into Medicare. 67 is still very young for many workers. My spouse is older than 62 and expects to work 2 to 4 years past retirement age (68 to 70) and works with a colleague who is 77.
