Current Status:
We have determined that there was an insufficient payment for the fingerprint fee for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status. On April , 2004 we sent you a notice of this, with an opportunity to submit the fee. Your case is being held in suspense until we receive your fingerprint fee. For more information, please refer to the notice we mailed you.

Lawyer already replied back with the info. Lawyer did sent out the enquiry last month but no change.
The only change I saw is the LUD change. Does anyone have seen the same problem with TSC. :confused: :confused:

Attorney replied to what? and How(what supporting docs)?
when did u received that notice? or never received only online says?


If u have received notice to submit complete fees but u already paid them. then simply clearify/break fees and send the copy of sent-checked which cashed by USCIS (usualy attorney send all fees together if aldready paid then clearify them). and u are not alone who were demaned to pay again :D
search more threads. using FP fee :D

Thanks for your reply. I didn't recd any notice, Lawyer got the notice of insufficient payment. So he replied back with copy of the check and info. of the check cleared from the bank. Thats what he told me, I don't have any other clue. One more thing to notice for dependent it doesn't show this problem.
 
OKay so Your attorney replied. thats good. wait for atleast a week. and if online msg stays same (sometime they realy dont' cahnge don't worry much), but after week keep start calling 1800. and ask to any confirmation they can give u. not sure what they can but may be they can conrifm u that u all set from fee issue.

and One more thing for u and ppl who are reading its realy important as I mention many times.

1. Alwasy keep all copy of petttion to u.
2. All Doc + RFE or any kind of comunication between YOu/Arrorney and USCIS keep copy with u.
3. make copy of all doc u have including EAD+Birthcertificates+Passport+Tax+W2+Salary paystubs, every single paper of ur pettition related + education keep this safe place. its mean keep all doc copy and put other than ur home in safe place.
4. Never Hesitate to ask ur attorney to give u copy to all doc belongs to ur pettitons including all communication. its important its upto u fi u like it to have.

I have the same issue. We received a letter of insufficient finger print payment on my son's application. My lawyer contacted USCIS (INS back then) and it was determined that all payments were received and that the message was displayed in error. That was 2 years ago and the message still says insufficient payment as of today.

I wouldn't put too much weight on what the on-line message says. It's quite often incorrect.

PS. But as was suggested above, keep a copy of EVERYTHING so that you have the information if needed.
 
If the message doesn't get changed, then you may never get fingerprint and you may wait forever ... TSC is so stupid by using automatic scheduler for fingerprint I believe. Only when the stupid TSC notice that they have missed some unscheduled applicant, the stupid stupid TSC will manually schedule the fingerprint. But that maybe one million year later if you don't ask them.

It is not surprise that the stupid TSC can issue approval notice to the terrorists after they died 6 months later.

That is TSC. They can do whatever stupid thing in this world. But we cann't.

Many ppl shared USCIS status never updated in many cases.. even ppl got approvals in mail box. stampped ,got card but online status still says "We received ur application ....take 900 days.. blah blah"

He will get FP soon all he need to keep continue follow-up all effort that were advised by us and his attorney. :D

Be Optimistic and be hopefull.
