Hi All
I have question regarding my 485 case status
my wife and myself applied same time
RD 10/25/2002
we got EAD,AP. Recently my wife got FP Notice. but I didn't get.
when I check the status online it showing
We have determined that there was an insufficient payment for the fingerprint fee for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status. On October 29, 2002 we sent you a notice of this, with an opportunity to submit the fee. Your case is being held in suspense until we receive your fingerprint fee.) For more information,
When I talk with my lawyer he said , they submitted cheque separetly.
My Question is
1. What is your suggestion , When can I get FP Notice.
2. how often they will update the status
