Inspection by US immigration officer !!!

Those of you who have filled this on your own for employment based AOS application could you please tell what is the answer to Were you inspected by US immigration officer ?

I would think the answer will be Yes. When they stamp I-94, isn\'t that is inspection by US immigration officer ? I just want to confirm this. Thanks

I checked "NO" on this item. Will that cause problems?

Hi friends... I checked "NO" on this item because I thought the officer means custom office. I attached a copy of my passport which contains H1 visa with my I-485 application. Will that help?
