Anyone know why BCIS is not processing 485 cases this month?

If anyone know, please post in this thead.

My guess is they're processing H-1 B cases.

i don't think BCIS stops processing I-485 cases completely this month. the approval volumn may be low, but there are still approvals.

H-1B quota will be finished soon, so they will have enough people in a few months to adjudicate 485s.

i think end of year oct 2004 as they again will become dumb on quota reached

BCIS will come up with a new excuse

Once they say they are done with H1-B, then they will have a new excuse for the 485 delay, It's a game being played by BCIS to further delay the pending 485 cases, they get kind of satisfaction. I guess we have to live with it till we are done.
