INS website

Does anyone know what happened to the INS website? I have been trying to reach the website since morning to download a form but its not reachable.

- Have they taken it offline?
- Did a terrorist hacker hack into the site?
- Is this another blunder from INS?
- Is INS afraid of showing its face after stern comments from the investigation?

Whats happening??????

I am trying www.ins.gov and www.ins.usdoj.gov.

I hope my employer is not monitoring/restricting access.
