INS Transition Time

Hi guys,

I talked with my attorney about 485 processing. She said INS would merge into DHS after Mar 1st. It would take 6~~8 monthes the transition. I feel very very sad now. What is your opinions? God bless!

The transition should not affect the processing. It's my view.

Yeah, you are right. I talked to my attorney again. She said the 485 processing would not stop, but it would be slowed down.
