INS Special Registration needed?

Is this Special registration country based? Anybody from India on H1B did go for this? Any advise?

I think the question is :

Are Indian nationals being asked to undergo SR at port of entry. For other countries already under SR, their nationals were asked to undergo SR at port of entry and report to local INS after 30 days, long before SR was even announced for those countries. If Indian nationals are being subject to SR at airport arrivals, it is a clear indication that India is going to be on the federal register soon. If not, then maybe not.

Anyone from India who entered recently had to undergo SR at the airport ? Please let us share your valuable experience.
