Hi all, Here is my case.
My lawyer applied for 140/485/EAD/AP on 17 sept. We didnot receive any communication from INS for a month. Then lawyer received 485 rejected, reason 140 was not there. Lawer called and found out that some one from INS mistakenly separated out 140 and 485.
Now lawyer is waiting to get 140 back so that he will reaply both 485 and 140 together. He said INS will reject 140 also..
Anybody has any idea how long will it take to 140 rejected?
Anybody has faced this kind of disaster before? Will it create any complications in future? Do you suspect any mistake of lawyer or it happens in INS.?
