I thought they had been testing our patience long enough ..

I was just trying to get to the home page, instead if clicking on the "home" link I deleted the unnecessary text on the URL

I am sure this is some sort of vulnerability and some clever guy will figure out a loophole and hack into that site and set all the statuses to approved. I hope nobody does because who knows - that will cause even more delays as they try to figure out the hacker ...

I don't think so, just some one who was testing the app server forgot to take the test script out.
