INS San Francisco - Waiting time in the line

My 485 was approved and I\'ve to visit INS, SFO to get my passport stamped.
   Q. What is the best arrival time at the center to be allowed in?
   Q. Also please indicate any specific additional documentation for a NO interview scenario.

Make sure to go to the right entrance!

There are two different entrances into the INS building. Make sure you go to the one mentioned in the approval notice. There usually is no line for getting into the building in order to get the passport stamped. Once in the building, you might have to wait for an hour or two, but your mileage may vary. I went there around 11am, and got my passport stamped within less than an hour (although the official was about to leave for lunch and almost had me wait until after he came back from lunch).

Thank you for the information. This is encouraging news. Hopefully
if I land there at the right building and door around 7am I may have
my stamping done that day.

Are you aware of any limitation on number of folks allowed into
the building /day i.e say some 250 folks/day and no more
type limits?

Just checked my approval notice. It mentions a room number only.
200B 630 sansome street.

Are you talking about the same?
