Sometime ago (month or so), INS sampled some cases (I-485) which resulted in some applications (with RD > March 2002) being picked up and processed. The processing resulted in
1. Cases getting RFE's
2. Cases getting approved
If your cases were in the CSC and your case had an RFE .....could you please let me know your status !!
The information would be really helpful. Please specify your RFE date , when BCIS recd. it and when was it approved (if it has already been)
