INS RFE after GC approval

Has anyone ever been contacted by INS (or recieved RFE)after they got a plastic GC? Lets say INS wants to check if you are still with the same employer.

Did anybody ever get into troubles because of changing an employer right after recieving GC?

I will appreciate any experiences..
