INS Receipts for I140 and EAD

My attorney submitted I140, EAD and I485 on Dec 23rd 2002. I have two questions,

1. Who will get the receipt from INS? Me or Attorney or both?
2. Any guess as to when I may get the receipts?

Once I get the receipt number, can I track it on INS site?

i140 is between employer and lawyer, so you don't get receipt unless you ask for it and employer is willing to give it to you. I765/EAD came straight to me, and lawyer got courtesy copy.
