INS Processsing FEB 01

I spoke to a friendly IIO just now and she informed that they are working on FEB 01 cases. I pointed out that my RD is 1/25 and ND 2/6. She told me that she had requested a copy if I-140 from service ( ?). Still Pending. NO there is no RFE. She said everything looks alright.. Any ideas???

Looks like 140 was approved for CP and INS requested for the 140 papers from the service center.

She said, they are processing up to 15th Jan01 RD. They have not started anthing afterthat.

yes , looking at previous approvals , INS may be processing jan01 and it hold good
for EB2 only
