INS Process Applications by PD or RD or ND????

Hi Guys,

Here is my case info...
PD -- 07/2001
RD -- 01/2003
ND -- 08/2003

Are there any I485 filers whose RD month is different from ND month. Please let me know. -- If different, INS process by RD or ND?????
