I am supprised that there are two approvals. Looks to me like a happy pair of husband/wife got the early new year present.
 
Could be ageout or spouse case

There was a post couple of months back where the husband applied in 2001 July/August , got married and added his wife's application in Feb. She posted that she got approved along with her husband.
