INS online Message after the reply to RFE

My attorney replied to the RFE and the online message says now...

"On March 10, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 730 and 730 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

Does any one know that is this normal to see those days?

it can be 1 week to 50 weeks. Just wait . hopefully u will get it soon. do't ever trust the words regarding INS time frame.
 
Standard message (I have the same for RFE received March 4th). Probably so we can't sue them under the Writ of Mandamus if they go even slower than usual !
 
I had the exact same message after my RFE response was received in first week of Jan.

I got approved with in 2 weeks.

So its good news :D
