Hello all. I applied for the 1-130 immediate relative petition for my mom in april last yr. The receipt they sent me said that it would take abot 930 and days to process my request.Last july i got a letter from the ins saying that my petition has been approved and has been forwarded to the NVC.
Incredibly , the case status still says that it would take about 550days to process my request. I laughed when i saw that.
