INS Office at Des Moines, IA ??

Does anybody for sure that there exists an INS office at Des Moines,IA or not? If yes, does it handle EAD, AP, passport stamping and such other requests? or Omaha,NE is the only local INS office that serves IA state also? I need to renew my EAD and was wondering where should I go to?
I live in Cedar Rapids, IA.

BUT, Des Moines have "Application Support Centers(ASCs) for fingerprinting.

Yes, there is a INS office in Des Moines. It is located in the Federal Building on Locust Street in downtown. They handel issues such as EAD/AP, passport stamping, fp etc. However, please note that if it an employment based EAD or AP they ask you to apply at the NEbraska service center. They may accept your case if it\'s an emergency or if it has been more than 90 days from your notice date and you have not heard from NSC yet.
