Does any one have any idea when the INS is planning to give the notification on new rules, so that the service centers can follow them?
As my employer merged with another company, CSC asked me to submit the amended I-140 or wait until the INS gives the implementation procedures on new rules. I could not decide which way to go at this point. Any how I am asking my employer to do the I-140 again.
