INS mail rooms are processing and very much working...

Friend mailed RFE on the Dec 12th.
On DEC 16 th the RFE was received and the ON-LINE status also
changed.

So rest assured INS is atleast processing mails.

The RFE was a medical for his wife. He is already approved.

INS is working...But they are not approving I-485.

Though they are issuing RFE's and transferring the cases, the final decision is not happening.
