After a previous posting about my ex partner who is in big trouble with his citizenship application and the possibility of having his greencard revoked due to fraudulent marriage among other things...any ideas about how long the INS take to investigate such matters. He had his interview 15 months ago (started his application 2.5 years ago) where they asked for additional information and received a letter 3 months ago stating about 8 different claims which unless otherwise proven were considered federal offences. Any body had similar situation or any view on how much longer until they make a decision to let him stay or deport him? And if so, how long does it take to reach an appeal stage if need be? He has an attorney has I think is out of her depth with this one!
