My case transer to local INS(Baltimore).
Here is my details.

RD 10/1999
ND 11/1999
FP 10/2000

I don\'t apply EAD and I am having only one year left
for my H1.Could you pl. any one have idea how much time the local
ins will take approve this type of case.
