I am working on H-1B. My H-1B visa and stamp got expired. I have got the renewal notice but somehow because of upcoming travel I don't have sufficient time to get it stamped. I have also applied for I-485, EB. Is it possible to travel on Advance Parole and then continue working on H-1 without the need for EAD.
Will the use of Advance Parole invalidates H-1B. Thanks!

Some of these links clearly mention that person does not need EAD (like Murthy's) but others say the opposite.:confused:
 
If I am in your position I will belive what Sheela Murthy says, becase she is Active in AILA and near to DC and in constant touch with INS HQ, that is what I have listned from others.
