Please help with the answers
1) Does the INS consider Saturdays & Sundays when counting days from a particular date? (this is in reference to the counting of the 180 days from either one\'s receipt or notice date)
2) Can INS mail be forwarded? I read somewhere (some time ago) that the post office does NOT forward INS mail even if requested to forward ALL of one\'s mail on a Change of Address form. Are post offices prohibited by law from forwarding such mail?
3) Can someone renew his/her EAD card at any INS local office in any state regardless of the service center where I-765 form was initially filed?
4) Can one also do the same as in question 3 for passport stamping? That is, suppose someone files with (say) TSC, gets approval materials from TSC, but has relocated to a state served by (say) VSC or another state served by TSC (both situations consistent with the 180 day rule). Can that person go to the local VSC office (with TSC approval materials) or the local TSC office (in the new state of residence, but served by TSC) for passport stamping?
Thanks for you help
