You will get a list of approved doctors when you get the forms.
FYI. I went to a Indian doctor in Framingham (opposite Shoppers World). It\'s a walk-in clinic. You call them up today, get an appoitment tomorrow. Cost about $250 (I think). Bring your forms and passport. It\'s easy and quick.
