INS Dcotor in Houston area

Hi a friend of mine needs to find a doctor in Houston area for 485 Medicals. I know you will say "look at the USCIS website". Yes, you can find doctors there but he is looking for doctor(s) who are cheap, take cash and do it fast (with out appointment).

YOu know what I am talking about ? Many physicians charge 300-500 dollars for this and you need an appointment. But there are doctors (e.g Fatima Mohiuddin in chicago who charges like $150 and Dr Nau in Orlando florida who charges mere $110) who charge less and allow walk-ins..

Is there any cheap doctor like this in houston area ?
 
I went to this Civil Surgeon.
No Appointments. Went in at 9AM. Finished by 930 for both of us. (me and my wife). It cost us (per person) ~110$ + ($30 if you qualify for an skin test XRay +ve for most asians).

He takes only cash. He is a chinese doc. Office is not as good as other doctors office. Most of my friends went there.
