Looking at the postings over the last couple of days, INS seems to be spending more time clearing up the older RFE cases. In the mean time there is a trickle of Oct. approvals too.
Hopefully in the next 2 weeks most of the Sept filers would have completed and 50% of october,,, so we should start seeing November approvals in the next 2 weeks.

As far as the many July,Aug cases still not approved, i have a feeling unfortunately some of these folks have not been able to provide data for RFE or have had to leave the country (i say so as i know some folks who have had to do this, they could not find jobs). So rupnet will always show a bunch of unapproved cases.

Just my thaught!
Any comments.......

I wish

the VSC is doing what you think it's doing.

About the Rupnet data: I don't think number of people who left the country during the I-485 process is large enough to consider. I also think that most of filers are prepared to meet possible RFEs immediately.

I do think the Rupnet data is incomplete as some people don't update it due to various reasons.

The test to conduct is to take 30 random Rupnet members and check their activity on this site. One will get a persentage of people who abandoned the communication all toger, because the two sites are so connected.

Then, see what's the real percentage of active Rupnet visitors is at this time and what is the percentage of approved I-485 there is ....

Heh?!
