INS Case Status Service Online

Heard that INS Case Status Service Online database will be updated only Thursday nights. Any idea folks?
 
A friend of mine was issued a RFE on Nov 22nd (Friday) and the online status reflected that on 25th (Monday).
 
That means the database could be updated in three ways.

1. Online - immediate
2. Friday night batch
3. Sunday night batch
 
One of my friend's case was also approved on Monday. He told me that he checked online status on weekend and there was no update. But, when he checked Monday evening, it says approved...
 
it updates evening at 6.00pm and afternoon 1.00 pm it is a batch processing.


ex : my case was approved on 7th Nov. I checked it on-line and by phone on 7th there was NO update. On 8th morning also checked on both media but no updates. At 1.00 pm on online it was approved and stated that the case was approved on 7th.
