I read several stamping experience in NYC. They just got there around 7:30 and got out around 8:30. I heard that there are limited quota everyday in Arlington INS office( around 50 people per day). Is that true? I went to Arlington office to check the parking lot at the far back of the building(not the next back park lot, it\'s for employees). And talked to a guy worked at the Cofe/Photo just next to INS entrance. He adviced me to come early. (before 6:30am). Any friend went there later than 7:00am?
