Inquiry to BCIS

Hi All,

Need some advice here based on your experience.

I have completed 20 months of I-485 processing and per the BCIS National Customer service now I am eligible ( :-) )to send enquiry to BCIS. BCIS takes 4 weeks to respond.

I am filling for second EAD renewal also.

Now, is it advisable to send the enquiry or EAD renewal could trigger the approval, 2nd FP or whatever...

Please advice...

RFE 31st July 03 for Medical Exam (Responded on 12th August)
 
Since You got an RFE and have responded, upon receiving the RFE, the officer will find that ur FP has expired and issue FP2.

Since it's over a month since u responded and nothing has moved, just call them up..U lose nothing..! Besides you can send ur EAD Renewal too and hope one of it would help your case in issuing FP2 soon..!

Thanks man for quick response, my only conecrn is If I call them up and send an enquiry, that would take about 4 weeks to reply and hold my case for another 4 weeks...
