Inquiry Result: Lack of manpower, can't tell how long. What's next?

My inquriy result, just like that. What else can I do? I have:

- Called for finger print, done last may.
- eMailed FBI name check, no respond.
- Sent a letter to Senator, no respond.

Will lawyer has a better channel pushing it? Of course that is if she care, since she already got all the money.

I got the same exact response for my status inquiry. Don't know what to do, their manpower is only working on 2003 cases.
 
missed an adjective

The letter should be re-worded, 'lack of qualified man power'. When they can approve late 2003 cases I can only say they are 'bunch of inefficient uneducated humans with low IQ who can only survive in the government agency like USCIS'.

My Lawyer did AILA inquiry but we have not recd any response from them. Either my lawyer is lying or AILA is not working ?

MY lawyer send email to AILA. I don't knw email address.

Any knws contact no of AILA ?
