i have been asked about married woman case which not related for the DV programme according to her story, and Im sorry i did not know where to post it so might any of you will give me an accurate answer on it.
she is married to egyptian but he is american since 7 years, and she is still in egypt, He started journey to collect her since June 2012 by following up with american Lawyer in NA, The lawyer informed him that all will take from 6 to 8 months to bring her to US, and advised him to know apply for any requests related to this issue from US embassy in cairo, However the procedures has been finished in the immigration national center and now it is in the visa center" she said"
Although he has a restaurant there but the lawyer informed him that his affidavit support is not enough and they could find one
he questions are
will it take again more 6 month since it reached the visa center?
why they asked for affidavit support although he is the husband and american?
The procedures in the visa center means its about to finish the visa matter?
