Inquiry Fax format for CSC

I think i am gonna be little brave and fax CSC...even though i know they are not gonna give shit....

Do someone have a fax format I can use or is there any on the USUCKS site. The one i have in mind contains lots of abuse words.....:D :D

Thanks for the info on CSC processing guidelines. A number of people have asked about where to find the CSC Fax Inquiry format over the past couple of days and i had been wondering too.
 
Formatted letter....(my own version).

I have sent fax few days back and I used my own version for that. Here is that letter. If you want, you can use it to send the fax but don't expect anything out of it :D . (except the touch to the "last updated" date in your profile, if you have one).

Its a general inquiry form

Hi FairIsFair...

The uploaded form shows how you need to fill in entries based on your requirement. Suppose if you are inquiring regarding AP (I-131) you need to provide your AP wac number etc and same is the case with EAD (I-765). You need to fill in 'Inquiry Information' that tells the petition on which an inquiry is needed and fill in 485 section as appropriate.

You can find fax number in the right side box of the form. If you look at it carefully it will give you different steps in inquiry process. Follow the steps in the right side box carefully.

The form is not the latest one. The last time it was updated is Oct 2002. You may want to check the fax numbers once again for accuracy. If you do a search you can even get the latest inquiry escalation process in the forum. That clearly gives you all the steps involved in the inquiry process.

Do you provide a fax number where they can send you a fax? I don't
have a fax machine at home.

How about the alien number? Do you need to provide that too?

What do they mean by Prority date? Is it the Receipt Date or the Notice Date?
 
can I send fax before 30 days of JIT passed?

Will it be ignored, or have any negative effect?

Judging from the FP/RFE/Approval trends in the past two weeks, CSC stopped working on Feb/March case now, are they moving the JIT to 3/1 just so they can approve and silent the a few loudest voice?!
If that's the case, we'd better all start making some noise! I for one will send the fax asap.
 
Hi FI485,

If this is your first fax enquiry, you can send it to Div 1 fax number, which is (949) 389 3055. If you didn't get any response w/in 15 days, you have to send another fax enquiry again to the fax number listed under Division XII.

If your RD is w/in 30 days, I would suggest not to hope much. But lets give it a try and we are not going to loose anything by burning their ink and paper and their fat ass :D :D :D .
