Hello Rajiv Sir,
My paternal aunt submitted the I-130 on behalf of my father on June 30, 2017, and I am currently in the process of applying for an F-1 visa, and I have duly disclosed this I-130 information in my DS-160.
I am curious to know if the filing of the I-130 for my parent could potentially impact the approval of my F-1 visa. Your insights on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
