initiate an inquiry about my I-485

:confused: The TSC received my response about RFE for more than two months. My attorney just sits there and does nothing. I want to initiate an inquiry about my I-485. Anyone knows how to do it. Such as format, and Fax or Mail address. Is that a template?

The best option is use 800 # and use option to TSC direct connect an speak with officer. do u know how to connct directly to TSC?.

plz share when did u send response of RFE and how long it took them to ackw and update onine msg saying 'we received ur..'

Is your case earlier than ND 04/16/03 ? Beacuse that's what TSC is processing right now. I submitted my RFEs a month ago.... and 2FPs 2 months ago...nothing yet and My ND is 07/28/03 and PD 06/26/02. I know there are many 2004 cases being approved but for some reason other cases are being processed in order of ND. So if you are not before 04/16/03 TSC is just going to say that you have to wait for your processing time becomes current.

I used 800# to call and followed the status check after listening there is option that u have question / ur case is seperateed blah blah... by pressing that option usually connect to TSC where is a nice lady reply, her attitude is strick and professional, but if u sound nice and polite with her she does cooperate more than u asked. just don't stick or repeat one matter.
all I am sharing is exp, its upto u how u deal.
