I have had several TNs before as a Management Consultant (2 at the border and 3 by mail).
I have been traveling for a year and just came back to the Bay Area last week.
My previous company wants to hire me back for a different position.
I am curious about 2 things and I would like to get some inputs..
1) Can I do a mail-in application for my next TN? I entered US as a tourist last week.
2) Since my last TN, I got my bachelor degree in Computer Science. I have an engineering degree also which I used for the Management Consultant TN. The new job description will match better with a Computer Analyst professional. Could there be any problem if I ask for a TN as Computer System Analyst, even though my previous TNs were for a Management Consultant?
