Initial Interview

Hi All

I got a letter from the USCIS which says "REQUEST FOR APPLICANT TO APPEAR FOR INITIAL INTERVIEW". Do you guys know what "initial interview" means...This is in response to our I485 application. I was under the impression that there was only one interview for I485. Am I missing something here or is there a series of interviews my spouse(USC) and I have to go through?

That's the interview for your AOS

Usually there's only one interview, but sometimes if something goes wrong, they can request second interview... Usually, people are done after only one interview, but you never know with those f.....ers.
Anyway, congrats! When is it?
