Okay so my husband and i went for our initial interview today. We had all of our paperwork and thought it would be a breeze. Well the woman interviewing us asked my husband the usual questions..have you ever participated in a terrorists group and so on. Then she asked if he had been arrested before and he replied no. Before we went to the interview he tried contcting the courts to get records from when he was arrested for a minor incident. They said there were no records. He assumed it would be okay to say no. Unfortunately it wasnt. The woman knew he had been arrested and was quite upset. He explained his answer and she seemed to be okay with it but now we have to wait to get a letter and send more evidence. Should we be worried about this?
