Just got notice for my dad's initial interview for I-485. His previous case was rejected (since I couldn't get his birth cert). Got the birth cert and re-filed.
I have some questions regarding the interview, not sure if I should be worried:
- "All documentation establishing your eligibility for Lawful perm. residence" - what the heck is this?
- "Original and each copy of supporting document you submitted with your application" - Do I have to dredge out every single document and make copies of it?
- "A certified english translation for each foriegn language document". I have translations but I don't have certification of the translator in every case. If this was an issue, wouldn't they have raised it when I submitted my application? Should I be worried about this?
