initial filing I-485 without medical examination?

Thank you all for your suggestions in advance.

I am planing on submitting I-485 now but I am not sure whether I can do it without sending the medical examination togather at this moment. I plan to send the medical examination at a later time since it suppose to expire after 1 year, which is far less than the time required for the process.

The medical does not expire.
If you don't send medical with the 485- you get an RFE-that you an suitably respond.
