Initial EAD Filing - Mis Typed

When filing up the form for giling the initial EAD, I entered USA in Country of Citizenship instead of India which is my Country of Citizenship.
I had filed for Advance Parole along with this document which has

Will this cause any problems? Please help
 
And I, I checked the wrong box:
renewal instead of new application

This is confusing since, my status changed from L2 to E2, i was supposed to check new application even if i already had a valide EAD. But htis EAD is ending in July.

Will i get rejected / denied / RFEd ?
