initial assessment --schedule 1 form help

I got initial assessment and buffalo office has asked me to send them uptodate info on the schedule 1 form without which they say they cannot complete my background check.

MY question

In this form in item-10 they ask for # 0f years in primary school , # years in seconday , # years in college/university . Now we all know that in India we have school till 10 th grade . After that 11-12 and then degree. So how do we fill the primary and secondary section. Should we write 5 for primary ,5 for secondary OR 10 for primary and 2(11-12) for secondary. The problem is that after 10th I did my diploma in eng(for 3 years) , then I got admitted directly in second year of eng degree(3 years) and then did MS here in US.So I am not sure how the split up should be . Please advise.

How abt this way ?

Primary: 1-7 i.e. 7
Secondary: 8-10 i.e. 3
Diploma+Degree+MS: 11-13 + 14-15 +16-17 i.e. 7

Summery:

Primary: 7 years
Secondary: 3 years
Degree: 7 years
