Informing INS for the second job.....attn: JOEF

I got my GC on April 15 this year. I am planning to take a second part-time job. Will I have to inform INS regarding this?

Also, will it be too soon to change my sponsoring company and switch the job on September 15? That is 5 months.

I know you've discussed this kind of situations a lot. I just wanted to know your thoughts regarding this. THANKS.
