If one changes job under the AC21 law, do you have to inform the BCIS immediately ?
In my situation I have a job offer which I want to try out for a couple of months and see if it works out therefore I donot want to inform the the BCIS immediately.
My fickle minded lawyer keeps changing his opinion on this issue and now insists that it is imperative to inform BCIS immediately and this will avoid RFE later.
